- Participants must understand a reasonable level of english in order to follow the instructions given during the sessions and to discuss about the content offered by the trainers and the rest of the participants.
- Participants should be able to communicate in English. We don't ask for a certificate or a minimum level, but discussions and content will be always in English.
- We disencourage participants who can not -or are not willing to- communicate in English, as far as this will not be worthy for them and also can break the group dynamics.
- Any participant who can communicate at a minimum level and who will challenge him or herself to speak is welcome.
PARTICIPANT SKILLS
- Participants should be open minded, willing to listen and learn from other cultures and traditions.
- Participants should be open to listen arguments and points of view that might differ from their point of view. The basic rule is that participants might be respectful with any opinion, as well as express their own opinions from the respect.
- Participants will be asked to bring some previous work from their home countries, as well as be able to present their culture and possible conflicts on their context.
- Different techniques (such as speaking in public, theater workshops, small groups discussions) will be used during the Training Course. Participants must be willing to participate actively on this workshops.
